Description
Administrative Duties
- Manage daily office operations and ensure a well-organized work environment
- Handle correspondence, emails, and phone calls professionally
- Maintain records, files, and documentation (both physical and digital)
- Prepare reports, memos, and internal communications
- Support scheduling of meetings, appointments, and service bookings
- Coordinate with different departments (sales, workshop, logistics)
Customer Service Duties
- Attend to walk-in customers and provide product/service information
- Handle customer inquiries, complaints, and follow-ups promptly
- Maintain strong customer relationships and ensure satisfaction
- Process orders, invoices, and service requests accurately
- Follow up on customer feedback and service completion
- Support after-sales service coordination
