Job Overview:
A leading nutrition company seeks a highly organized and customer-focused Field Support Representative to provide exceptional service to its Distributor network. The successful candidate will be responsible for order processing, query resolution, and ensuring overall Distributor satisfaction. This role requires strong problem-solving skills, attention to detail, and the ability to manage multiple tasks efficiently while adhering to company standards.
Primary Objective:
To deliver the best Field Support Service to all NeoLife Distributors by processing orders, handling queries and complaints, and ensuring overall Distributor satisfaction.
Key Responsibilities:
Process Distributor orders received via various channels including walk-ins, email, phone, and online platforms.
Handle Distributor queries and complaints effectively through direct interaction, live chat, and call systems.
Maintain accurate records of all transactions, queries, and resolutions following Standard Operating Procedures.
Issue and manage Distributor Identification Cards and maintain proper documentation.
Provide detailed product and service information to Distributors and Customers.
Support the distribution of information, bonuses, and recognition materials.
Ensure smooth communication between departments and Distributors regarding orders, payments, and commission payouts.
Reconcile cash reports daily and resolve order-related issues such as short payments or incomplete orders.
Participate in month-end activities including processing qualification orders and confirming Distributor status.
Assist in events, conventions, and training sessions as required.
