 Respond to and manage large amounts of inbound and outbound calls in a timely and professional manner.
. Provide accurate and up-to-date information about products or services.
. Identify customers needs, clarify information, research every issue and provide solutions and/or alternatives.
. Build sustainable relationships with clients and stakeholders.
. Keep records of all conversations in our call center database in a comprehensive way.
. Meet or exceed performance targets, including call handling time and customer satisfaction.
. Participate in educational seminars and training to improve knowledge and performance level.
