Key Outputs

• To receive and co-ordinate all sales enquiries in line with the Company’s sales and marketing process.


• Ensure all sales and marketing enquiries are handled in a timely professional manner to achieve the highest level of client satisfaction and trust.


• Manage and keep track of all Clients’ orders to ensure timely delivery of purchase request.


• Ensure an up-to date record of customer information and contact details.


• Coordinate and sustain a wide range of marketing and sales communications and relationships which are of mutual benefit to Company and Client.


• Responsible for identifying potential and emerging marketing opportunities both on the local and international level.


• Responsible for collating adequate information for product promotion and marketing purposes.


• Coordinate activities involved in creating product awareness by producing and organising Marketing collateral such as leaflets, brochures, banners, etc.


• Coordinate with Logistics team to identify safe and cost effective way of transporting finished products.


• Adhere strictly to all Quality, Environment, Health and Safety procedures in the discharge of duties.


• In the absence of the incumbent Head of Sales & Marketing, assume role and perform duties as such.


• Deliver any adhoc projects/duties requested by superiors.
