We require the services of Core Customer Service Agent.
Main Responsibilities
1. Coordinate information to customers browsing our websites during store discovery, order and checkout. - Provide after sales support;
2. Interact with customers by responding to their questions, providing information and advising them;
3. Handle special requests and complaints of customers; - Collect and store useful data within our backend system;
4. Ensure follow up through emails, phone or any required means.

• Good writings, reading and communication skills
• Computer literate
Remuneration: Net Salary of GHS 950 per month
