Description
- Serve as the link between management and the customers
- Develop relations with the clients and customers and also maintain same
- Manage and coach operational staff to develop their skills to ensure that a high professional standard is achieved
- Ensuring a clean Office environment and office supplies
- Maintaining an up-to-date customer file
- Conducting market visits at regular intervals – ensure availability, display of products and price adherence.
- Working closely with the team to ensure that a solid business relationship is maintained at all times

- Prompt and professional response on account queries, or complaints
