Qualifications

Skills:

Description
Creative Design
- Conceptualize, design, and produce high-quality marketing materials, including brochures, flyers, social media graphics, and digital assets.
- Develop and oversee the creative direction of branding materials to ensure consistency across all platforms.
- Create eye-catching and innovative billboard designs that resonate with target audiences and align with brand standards.
Outdoor Billboard Management
- Plan, design, and execute billboard advertising campaigns to maximize visibility and impact.
- Collaborate with vendors for the installation, maintenance, and periodic updates of outdoor billboards.
- Monitor the performance and effectiveness of billboard campaigns and make recommendations for improvement.
Photography and Visual Content
- Take professional, high-quality advertorial pictures of apartments, amenities, and ongoing projects.
- Curate a visual library of images to be used across marketing campaigns, ensuring they align with brand aesthetics.
- Utilize photography to highlight unique selling points and key features of properties and projects.
Marketing Strategy and Campaigns
- Work closely with the marketing team to develop and implement creative campaigns that drive sales and enhance brand awareness.
- Manage the creative process from concept to completion, ensuring alignment with marketing objectives and timelines.
- Stay updated on industry trends, competitor activities, and emerging technologies to keep marketing efforts innovative and effective.
Team Collaboration and Leadership
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including sales, project managers, and external vendors, to achieve marketing goals.
- Provide guidance and mentorship to junior designers and other team members as needed.
- Present creative ideas and campaign updates to senior management and stakeholders.
