Description

Insight HR Solutions is mandated by one of its clients in the Building & Construction Industry to recruit a Site Supervisor for immediate employment. The Office will be located in Accra.

PURPOSE OF THE JOB

Responsible for overseeing construction projects and supervise the construction workforce on site.

Job Description:

Quality assurance on site

Preparation of daily reports on site

Overseeing site operations, to specifications and timelines

Leads a team of on-site staffs

Maintaining health and safety records (including safety briefings daily or specific to a task)

Maintaining an accurate record of construction employee attendance.
