BSc in Quantity Surveying, Construction Management, Civil Engineering, or related field.• Minimum of 7 years’ experience in cost and contract management within the constructionindustry.• Proficiency in cost management software and MS Excel.• Strong knowledge of construction contracts (e.g., FIDIC, JCT, or similar).• Excellent analytical, negotiation, and communication skills.• Ability to manage multiple projects under tight deadlines.• Strong attention to detail and financial discipline

Key Responsibilities:• Prepare and manage project cost estimates, budgets, and cash flow forecasts.• Measure, value, and certify construction work completed on-site.• Prepare tender documents, bills of quantities, and contracts.• Conduct cost analysis and identify potential cost-saving opportunities.• Monitor variations, prepare valuations, and manage interim and final accounts.• Provide cost advice to management and stakeholders during all project phases.• Ensure compliance with statutory requirements, contract terms, and procurement policies.• Evaluate contractor and subcontractor claims, variations, and payment applications.• Conduct regular site visits to assess work progress and quality in relation to costs.• Maintain accurate and up-to-date project records and financial reports.
