Nathawo Properties and Investment Ltd is a leading organization in Construction dedicated to delivering high-quality projects on time and within budget. We are looking for an experienced and motivated Site Supervisor who will be based in Takwa to join our dynamic team and oversee the smooth execution of our construction projects.
Key Responsibilities:
Supervise daily on-site activities to ensure projects are completed safely, efficiently, and on schedule.
Monitor and manage site operations, ensuring compliance with safety regulations and quality standards.
Coordinate with subcontractors, suppliers, and team members to ensure resource availability and effective task execution.
Inspect construction progress to ensure adherence to project specifications and timelines.
Address on-site challenges and resolve any issues to minimize delays.
Maintain accurate records, including site reports, schedules, and material inventories.
Enforce health and safety protocols to promote a safe working environment.
Qualifications:
Proven experience as a Site Supervisor or in a similar role in the construction industry.
Strong knowledge of construction processes, materials, and safety regulations.
Excellent organizational and leadership skills.
Ability to interpret blueprints, technical drawings, and project plans.
Strong communication and problem-solving skills.
Proficiency in MS Office, AutoCAD, or project management tools.
HND/Degree in Construction Management, Civil Engineering, or related field.
