• A minimum qualification of MSc. Architecture/ Building Surveying or Building Technology. • Minimum of 10 years as a project engineer (of which at least 5 years are spent in managerial position) • Experience in Roads and Real Estates Construction is required.

• Prepare, schedule, coordinate and monitor all engineering projects from inception to completion.


• Manage the development, implementation, and evaluation of complex designs.


• Ensure projects are accurately assessed to eliminate contract and development risks.


• Lead and direct negotiation for the selection of contractors.


• Negotiate contracts and funding agreements in line with business policy and objectives.


• Ensure the issue, the validation, and the maintenance of the project equipment lists, and /or other key engineering documents as applicable to each project.


• Assess development opportunities for its viability and present financial appraisals to the Board.
