 Degree or MBA in Safety, Health and Risk Management  General Certification in Occupational Health Safety  Minimum 4 - 7 years’ experience working in Real Estate / Construction  Occupational Health, Safety, Quality and Environment Specialist  Experience in ISO 9001:2015 Quality Management Systems  Membership of the Ghana Institute of Health, Safety and Environmental Professionals (GHISEP) is bonus

• Ensuring there is an effective and efficient records and filing system in place


• Supervision of all safety procedures on site


• Bringing the company in line with international best practices


• Increase health and safety awareness at all levels within the organization


• Performing daily Safety walk downs and regular inspections on job site.


• Preparing Risk Analyses for certain jobs which are being performed on job site.


• Responsible for the HSE training of the workers on regular basis and preparing HSE training documents.


• Responsible for the organization of toolbox talks on site.


• Preparing documents and reports relating to the HSE department on daily/weekly/monthly basis.


• Tracking the HSE needs of the site and organizing the procurement of HSE equipment.


• Ensure that the activities ongoing on job sites are established, implemented, and maintained as per HSE Regulations.


• Ensuring that all legal requirements are identified and implemented as well as  ensuring HSE targets are met.


•  Ensure that all HSE standard requirements are identified and implemented.
