URGENT: OFFICE ASSISTANT WITH MOTOR RIDING CAPABILITY

Job Purpose: The position is tasked to support the Admin Dept. for documentation, security and the general running and upkeep of the entire office. Applicants living in and around Labadi, Kaneshie, Bubuashie, Odorkor, Darkoman, Osu, Teshie, James Town, Mamprobi, Tesano, Abeka Lapaz, Cantonments, Abossey Okai, Sukurah, Korle Gonno, and suburbs with easy transportation and are interested in the job are encouraged to apply.

Responsibilities:

• Responsible for the daily opening and closing of the offices and supervision of the Office Cleaner


• Stores management and control.


• Purchases and restocks stationery.


• Responsible for printing, binding and photocopying of documents.


• Supervision of repairs and maintenance.


• Support administrative and finance dept. activities with deliveries and pick-ups, using the Motorbike.
