Purpose:​

To design innovative, functional, and sustainable architectural solutions that meet client needs and project 

requirements while collaborating with teams to ensure successful project execution. 

Key Responsibilities: 

∙Develop architectural concepts aligned with client briefs. 

∙Create sketches and designs balancing aesthetics, functionality, and sustainability. 

∙Use software (e.g., Sketch Up, 3D Max) for 3D models and renderings. 

∙Collaborate with clients and teams to deliver projects on time and within budget. 

Qualifications: 

∙Bachelor’s degree in Architecture. 

∙Experience in interior/exterior design. 

∙Proficiency in design software (Sketch Up, 3D Max, AutoCAD, Revit). 

∙Strong portfolio, creativity, and problem-solving skills. 

∙Excellent communication and presentation abilities.
