Insight HR Solutions is partnering on a Pan-African trade facilitation program designed to digitally onboard and connect verified businesses across the continent.This is to strengthen regional trade, support exporters and manufacturers, and promote seamless B2B and B2G transactions within Africa.

We are mandated to recruit Field Agents across Ghana to identify and onboard eligible small and medium-sized enterprises (SMEs) and exporters onto the project’s digital trade platform.

Job Summary

The Field Agent will be responsible for identifying, engaging, and verifying qualified businesses and guiding them through the onboarding process on the designated digital platform. The role requires excellent communication skills, attention to detail, and the ability to build trust with business owners in various sectors.

Key Responsibilities

• Identify and engage trade-ready businesses in assigned regions and sectors.


• Educate business owners on the benefits of joining the digital trade platform.


• Collect, verify, and upload business documents and profile details using provided tools.


• Follow up with businesses to complete any pending information or verification steps.


• Maintain accurate records of daily activities and onboardings (using simple reporting tools).


• Meet monthly onboarding targets as set by the supervisor.


• Participate in required virtual training and certification before field deployment.


• Uphold professional and ethical standards during all field engagements
