JOB SUMMARY:
The Business Development Manager will be responsible for identifying new business opportunities, building and maintaining strong customer relationships, and driving the company’s revenue growth in both local and regional markets. The role requires a results-driven professional who can analyze market trends, develop strategic partnerships, and position the company competitively within the manufacturing industry.
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:
• Develop and implement effective business development strategies to achieve company sales and profitability targets.
• Identify and pursue new market opportunities, including partnerships, tenders, and distribution channels.
• Conduct market research and competitive analysis to identify trends, risks, and potential areas for expansion.
• Collaborate with senior management to set short- and long-term growth goals aligned with the company’s strategic direction.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with key clients, distributors, and stakeholders.
• Develop proposals, quotations, and presentations tailored to client needs.
• Negotiate and close high-value business deals while ensuring profitability and compliance with company policies.
• Ensure customer satisfaction through timely delivery, quality assurance, and after-sales support.
• Work closely with the marketing team to design campaigns that promote company products and strengthen brand presence.
• Identify new product opportunities and contribute to product development based on market demand and customer feedback.
• Prepare and monitor business development budgets, sales forecasts, and performance reports.
• Track and report key performance indicators (KPIs) to measure business growth and return on investment.
• Support operations and production teams in aligning product output with market requirements and customer expectations.
• Foster collaboration across departments (production, logistics, finance, and marketing) to achieve organizational goals.
