• Set clear objectives and targets for business development activities, ensuring alignment with company goals.


• Providing regular updates and performance reports to senior leadership on business development activities and outcomes.


• Identify potential strategic partners and alliances that can help expand the company's reach and capabilities.


• Stay up to date with industry trends and emerging opportunities.
