Description
The Business Development Manager is responsible for identifying new business opportunities, building and maintaining key client relationships, and driving revenue growth. This role involves strategic planning, market research, and active engagement with clients to understand their needs and offer tailored solutions. The ideal candidate is a proactive and results-driven professional with strong communication and negotiation skills, capable of managing the sales pipeline from prospecting to closing deals. The Business Development Manager collaborates closely with the marketing, product, and operations teams to align business goals and ensure customer satisfaction.
Job Responsibilities
- Conducting client business analysis and identifying opportunities for new business with existing customers and successfully converting such opportunities.
- Identifying new business opportunities/value propositions.
- Conducting periodic research on market trends.
- Managing new opportunities.
- Identifying the relevant training to customers and marketing the training identified.
- Conceiving and organizing events/activities to launch new products and promote the company brand.
- Serving as second level point of contact on dispute resolution i.e. provide clarification on content of credit information reports.
- Conducting research, assembling and analyzing data to prepare reports and presentations
- Preparing the agenda in advance, assisting with and providing research/background information, content development and creation of presentations for customer training.
- Reviewing and summarizing reports and documents on customers’ monthly data quality issues
- Any other task as assigned by the line manager & management.
