Applications are invited from suitably qualified persons with experience in the life insurance industry for the role a Branch Managers in Tema and Accra. The person shall be responsible for managing a team of sales officers to drive and deliver on the sales targets of the company.

Duties shall include but  not limited to:

• Recruit a minimum of six (6) sales officers  for the branch and ensure to retain the requird number  (6) of sales officers at all times..


• Manage Sales Officers of their teams to meet their monthly Target in line with the agreed target signed.


• Ensure that all your cases for the week are submitted on or before the last working day of the week in accordance with agreed format.


• Adopt initiatives that would drive the team to meet their monthly targets.


• Organise and facilitate Quarterly training on product knowledge and selling skills to achieve standard proficiency levels.


• Prepare Monthly reports for the Branch/Team (covering Productivity, manpower, administrative issues outstanding etc. challenges, suggested solutions and initiatives) and send them to your superior.


• Oversee other operational activities of the branch.


• Any other duty that may be assigned.
