Bachelor's degree in insurance, Risk Management, Business, or related field • Master's degree in business administration or strategic management (preferred) • Possess a professional insurance qualification (e.g. ACII), with a minimum of 5 years of post-qualification experience • Minimum 10 years' insurance broking experience, with at least 5 years in middle or senior leadership • Proven track record in technical insurance placement, client management, and business development • Minimum 3 years managing global portfolios/accounts • Regional or cross-border market experience; French language skills advantageous
