A reputable breakfast snaks restaurant in Madina, Accra is seeking the employment of a baker to be part of its bakery units. Ideal candidate must be welll experienced and specialises in preparing different bakery products

Under the general direction of the designated administrator, to be responsible for Fafasbreakfast baking operation, including the production of quality baked goods according to set deadlines, based on a precise knowledge of the baking culture in Fafasbreakfast and careful control of available resources.

Requirement

• Plan, schedule, and supervise bakery production, transporting, and cleaning activities to the highest

safety and sanitation standards.

• Order and arrange for correct ingredients, supplies and equipment using manual and

computerized systems.

• Assure the proper use and care by staff of a large variety of highly specialized production

equipment.

• Develop, maintain and update recipe files through manual and computerized processes.

• And such other duties communicated by Employer and incidental to the role.
