A bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Economics, Agribusiness, International Trade, Supply Chain Management, or a similar discipline is required. MBA or equivalent advanced degree preferred Minimum of 5 years of management experience in the commodities export industry, preferably with cocoa. Knowledge of cocoa agribusiness and cost control. Proven management skills with the ability to optimize team performance and development. Good command over Microsoft Office, data analysis and use of digital tools to monitor production quality and quantity. Excellent communication, interpersonal, and negotiation skills. Experience with supply chain management. Understanding of risk management techniques. Familiarity with relevant regulations and market trends

• Develop schedules and resource plans for dry bean sourcing.


• Oversee and pre-approve the planning of the resources for bean trading in various Cocoa Districts to meet the location's objectives and targets.


• Accountable for material (key logistics) availability in quality and quantity at the right place and time for targeted projects and processes.


• Ensure a seamless coordination of activities across the three cocoa districts while matching each other's planning to meet the location's objectives and targets.


• Develop and implement innovative strategies to streamline dry bean trading activities.


• Provide an expansion plan in the operational districts and other districts where possible.


• Manage internal and external stakeholders, directly involved in the bean trading process and regulation of the industrial sector.
