Position Overview:

The Sales Administrator supports day-to-day operations by managing sales transactions, inventory, and basic financial tasks to ensure smooth business operations.

Key Responsibilities:

Order Processing and Customer Service
- Handle customer orders from initiation to fulfillment, ensuring accuracy and timely delivery.
- Address customer inquiries via phone, email, and in-person interactions, providing excellent customer service.

Financial Management
- Process invoices, receipts, and payments, maintaining accurate financial records.
- Reconcile daily sales transactions and manage petty cash for day-to-day expenses.
- Prepare basic financial reports, including sales summaries and expense tracking, to support budgeting and financial planning.

Inventory Management
- Monitor inventory levels and update stock records to maintain accurate inventory data.
- Coordinate with suppliers for restocking and manage stockroom organization to facilitate efficient order fulfillment.

Administrative Support
- Assist with preparation and tracking of promotional activities, supporting marketing initiatives.
- Maintain organized records for transactions, stock, and customer information to ensure compliance and smooth business operations.

Reporting
- Compile sales data to prepare weekly and monthly reports, offering insights on sales trends and inventory needs.
- Support management with ad hoc reporting as needed to inform business decisions.
