Core Objective of the Roles
The Administrator will be responsible for overseeing internal office coordination, improving systems, and supporting internal and external stakeholders to enhance overall operational performance.
The Front Desk Officer will serve as the first point of contact for the company, ensuring all client interactions are handled professionally, while also supporting key administrative duties that keep front office operations running smoothly.
Key Responsibilities
Administrator
Coordinate day-to-day office activities to ensure seamless workflow and compliance.
Design and implement operational procedures and administrative systems.
Liaise with internal departments to support inquiry-to-order processes.
Contribute to process improvements and best practice implementation.
Support staff onboarding, coaching, and career development programs.
Maintain records for financials, personnel, and general administration.
Assist in vendor management and external supplier relationships.
Participate in the development of business strategies and customer service initiatives.
Contribute to expanding into new markets and exploring growth opportunities.
Carry out other responsibilities as assigned by Management.
Front Desk Officer
Manage front-desk operations and welcome all visitors professionally.
Respond to phone calls, emails, and walk-in inquiries efficiently.
Schedule meetings and manage front-desk calendar activities.
Maintain visitor logs, office supplies, and relevant reception materials.
Provide accurate information about the company’s services.
Support administrative tasks such as filing, data entry, and database updates.
Work with internal teams to ensure smooth handling of client requests.
Ensure the reception area remains tidy and well-presented.
Perform any other duties assigned by Management.
Requirements
Administrator
Education: Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Management, or related field.
Experience: Minimum of 3 years’ experience in a similar administrative role, preferably in a corporate or operations-heavy environment.
Skills:
Strong organizational and project coordination abilities.
Knowledge of office management systems and procedures.
Excellent written and verbal communication.
Proficient in MS Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
Ability to multitask, prioritize responsibilities, and work independently.
Strong problem-solving and decision-making skills.
Experience in working with cross-functional teams.
Front Desk Officer
Education: Minimum of a diploma or HND in Business Administration, Secretarial Studies, or related field.
Experience: At least 1–2 years of experience in a customer-facing or front office role.
