Job Overview
We are seeking an experienced Travel Consultant to join our team. The ideal candidate will have over 3 years of experience in the travel industry, specifically in booking and ticketing roles. The candidate should possess strong communication, negotiation, and problem-solving skills and be proficient in travel-related software such as Amadeus.
Key Duties and Responsibilities
- Handle requests and complaints from clients professionally and efficiently.
- Provide clients with the best flight bookings and fare options.
- Follow up with clients on time to ensure satisfaction and address any issues.
- Achieve sales targets and contribute to the overall success of the team.
- Manage the office phone hotline and respond promptly to business requests.
- Perform other duties as assigned by management.
Requirements
- Degree in related field
- Minimum of 3 years of experience in the travel industry, preferably in booking and ticketing roles.
- Knowledge of travel-related software; proficiency in Amadeus is a plus.
