Research and identify local and international grant opportunities that align with the NGO’s mission, write proposals for 3 countries, and identify suitable locations for implementation.
Coordinate with finance, administration, and program teams to gather all required documentation for proposals.
Maintain accurate records of all grant-related documents and donor communications.
Provide weekly and monthly productivity reports to the executive team, including expenses and evidence of completed tasks.
Perform necessary administrative duties to ensure the NGO remains compliant and qualified for grants, including basic accounting processes.
Assist in the planning and implementation of the NGO’s programs and missions in Ghana.
Remain adaptable and ready for changes as the organization grows or its needs evolve.
