Job Summary
Our IT Consulting firm based in Accra is looking for a skilled and detailed-oriented Administrative Officer to join our team. The Administrative Officer provides administrative support to our employees to ensure the smooth running of the office. Your duties will include office stock management, reporting on expenses and office budgets, organizing company records and performing administrative tasks. Key Responsibilities:
Manage the day-to-day operations of the office, including scheduling meetings and appointments, organizing files and handling correspondences.
Act as the point of contact between executives and internal/external stakeholders.
Prepare reports, presentations, and other documents for the executives as required.
Maintain a safe and secure working environment by ensuring compliance with health and safety regulations.
Manage important and confidential company documents
Organize and maintain the office filing system, including electronic and hard copy documents.
Process and track incoming and outgoing invoices, make payments, verify receipts, and other financial documents as required.
Manage inventory of office supplies and equipment and order new supplies as needed.
