• HND in Accounting, Bachelor’s Degree in Accounting, Business Administration, or related field. • Minimum of 2 years working experience. • Basic computer literacy (MS Excel, MS Word, ERP systems). • Have a nice handwriting. • Understanding of Financial Regulations, Tax Laws. • Excellent communication and presentation skills. • Good Analytical skills. • Be Abreast with key IFRS’s • High level of accuracy and attention to detail. • High level of Integrity and Confidentiality. • Must be Organized.

Key Responsibilities

• Record daily financial transactions in accounting systems. (ERP/Excel)


•  Maintain accurate and update-to-date financial records.


•  Process Invoice, Payment and Receipts.


•   Perform regular banks reconciliation.


•  Assist in tax computation and filing.


• Assist in payroll administration.


• Writing of cheques


• Manage Suppliers and Clients Accounts.


•  Support management with financial analysis and insights.


•  Support internal and external audits by providing required documentation.


• Prepare monthly, quarterly and annual financial reports.

Any other related job that may be assigned from time to time.
