RESPONSIBILITIES

• Analyze financial statements and business plans to assess the creditworthiness of business loan applicants.


• Develop and refine loan appraisal methodologies in line with industry standards and management objectives.


• Monitor portfolio performance and maintain a past-due rate (PAR) of no more than 5%.


• Identify risks and recommend strategies to minimize defaults and improve recovery rates.


• Ensure loan portfolio diversification across sectors to reduce concentration risk.


• Manage large exposures to ensure they do not exceed 20% of the total loan portfolio.
