Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field. Minimum 3 years of experience in accounting, accounts receivable, or finance operations. Proficiency in Tally, Excel, and other accounting software. Strong attention to detail, organizational, and reporting skills. Ability to analyze accounts, resolve discrepancies, and maintain accurate financial records.

• Prepare and issue invoices, waybills, credit notes, and VAT invoices; post transactions into accounting systems (e.g., Excel/KR, Tally).


• Monitor customer accounts, follow up on payments, allocate receipts, and resolve discrepancies with retail and project sales teams.


• Prepare and process plumbers’ commissions and other staff-related payments.


• Maintain up-to-date records, including block stock details, withholding tax certificates, and dealers’ reports.


• Perform regular reconciliations, review accounts receivable aging, investigate non-payments, and initiate debt collection efforts.


• Assist with month-end closing, approve sales orders, and respond to team queries while participating in reporting and review meetings.
