Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of all financial transactions.

Prepare and process invoices, receipts, and payments.

Assist in the preparation of monthly, quarterly, and annual financial reports.

Reconcile bank statements and ensure all transactions are properly recorded.

Monitor accounts payable and receivable to ensure timely payments and collections.

Support in the preparation of tax returns, VAT, and SSNIT filings.

Assist with payroll processing and related statutory deductions.

Provide administrative and financial support to the Finance Department.

Liaise with external auditors, vendors, and clients as required.

Ensure compliance with financial regulations and internal control procedures.
