Role Purpose
The Accounts Coordinator ensures smooth and accurate management of the school’s finances, including fee collection, payroll, compliance, and stakeholder communication.
Key Responsibilities
Finance & Records
• Record, track, and reconcile all income (tuition, admissions, uniforms, lunch, clubs, etc.).
• Prepare invoices, receipts, and statements for parents.
• Reconcile bank accounts and maintain accurate QuickBooks records.
Payroll & Compliance
• Process monthly staff payroll, allowances, and deductions.
• Ensure timely filing and payment of GRA, SSNIT, and other statutory obligations.
• Maintain up-to-date staff financial files.

• Monitor outstanding balances and follow up professionally with parents.
Reporting & Support
• Provide monthly and termly financial reports.
• Support budgeting, forecasting, and annual audits.
• Liaise with parents, staff, and suppliers on financial matters.
