Description
- He / She is required to provide career counselling to the candidates.
- He / She needs to look for job opportunities for candidates.
- He / She needs to review candidates’ resume in order to know about their educational qualification work experience and other skills.
- He / She is required to conduct candidates’ interview to know about their ability and efficiency.
- He / She is required to understand the candidates’ interest and requirement before seeking a job for him.
- He / She needs to help the candidates in writing resume.
- He / She is required to prepare the candidates for interviews.
- He / She is required to look for new job opportunities for his clients.
- He / She needs to keep in touch with clients from different organizations in order to stay updated with the new job vacancies that come up.
