THE SELPHAN was founded in 2013 and officially established in 2016 and has since been evolving into becoming a one stop shop facility management company in Ghana. It is one of privately owned commercial facility Management Company of Ghanaian origin.

THE SELPHAN was incorporated in Ghana under companies Act, 1969 (Act 179) having complied with the provisions of Sections 27 and 28. The Selphan has extensive experience in the provision of facilities management services to all types of buildings such as Schools, Offices, Industrial Building (Premises), Hotels, Shopping Centre’s, Government Offices, Commercial Premises, Hospitals, Banks and Residential Facilities.
