Broll Ghana Limited was incorporated on 2nd May 2006, as a Private Limited Company Company. The Company is a partnership between Broll (South Africa), State Insurance Company (SIC) and Social Security and National Insurance Trust(SNNIT).

The Company is duly registered as a Joint Venture Company with the Ghana Investments Promotion Centre. Broll Ghana Limited is registered to provide property and facilities management, project management, leasing brokerage, sales and valuation of landed properties.

It acts as advisors, consultants, managers and operators on all matters relating to property and facilities management for individual/private property investors and corporate bodies. This is done by employing advanced and modern IT facilities and management skills designed and developed by the parent company Broll (South Africa) Property Group in collaboration with CB Richard Ellis of the United Kingdom.

Broll Ghana has the requisite staff levels with youthful and energetic personnel with Property, Engineering, Finance and Marketing backgrounds for its operations. The Company conducts its operations in line with the Parent Company's (Broll South Africa Struture.

The staff have undergone extensive training on Broll-on-Line system, a proven Property Management tools used by Broll South Africa. Fort the short period Broll Ghana has been operating in the country, it has been engaged in the provision of property and facilities management services, market research (feasibility/viability studies) for the development of commercial properties for major local and International Property Financing Companies.
