Medium Dwelling Company Limited was formed in 1991 under the company\'s code 1960 to operate as an estate development firm. We are a member of Ghana Real Estate Developers Association (GREDA).

Since inception MDCL has built various housing communities for the Public Sector and also for many individual both home and abroad. We sell our houses directly to clients and also through Home Finance Company(HFC) and SG-SSB Bank Mortage Systems.
