Welcome to Mission for Children's Health Africa, a nonprofit organization dedicated to helping medically needy children and making a lasting impact in their lives. To achieve this end we seek out children who are in serious need of medical care that is unavailable to them in their own country, and we work to see that these children get treatment.

We primarily fly children to the U.S. for treatment and then return them to their families, but we are also looking to bring doctors to them in their own communities.

VISION Our vision is to extend love and compassion to the children of Africa; and thereby encourage their mental, physical, and spiritual growth. -------------------------------------------------------------------------------- From our President Dear friends, I count it a great privilege to love and serve God's children indeed, throughout Ghana and other parts of Africa, and by working with charities and organizations have recently founded Mission for Children's Health - Africa.

I have prayed with children in rural areas for good crops, and I have been a guest in the homes of many children and families who have felt that all hope was gone. And I have walked with people from diverse family backgrounds as poverty robs them of their childhood hopes and expectations. But those stories are not the full picture, and I thank God that I have also seen the unspeakable joy families experience after their children have received medical treatment.

Jesus told his followers that the poor will always be among you. He also made it clear that we must do what we can to aid them, in accordance with Deuteronomy 15:11: “There will always be poor people in the land.

Therefore I command you to be openhanded toward your brothers and toward the poor and needy in your land.” Poverty is a complex issue that goes beyond a lack of material goods, and dealing with poverty demands a perspective that goes beyond mere economic matters straight to the issues of the heart. As Christians, the staff of Mission for Children's Health - Africa believe that ministry to the poor must address a complete range of concerns that face each of us, because we know that poverty impacts people in a number of different ways. I have witnessed children dying just because they have no access to medical treatment and their parents do not have money to help them.

and then I asked God what I could do to help these little ones you have entrusted into our hands? God responded immediately and this gave birth to Mission for Children's Health - Africa. I encourage you that if you are looking for a ministry to be part of, that you consider MCH-Africa. As children of God we believe effective ministry to the poor can equip families to become who God wants them to be.
