Unique Plus Health Kare Int. Ltd. is a wholly-owned Ghanaian company registered in 2012 under the companies code, 163 (Act 179) to produce Natural Traditional Medicine and Health Care.

The company was founded in 2000 by Mr David Amegatse, aka Dr Della Quashie, and was subsequently incorporated in 2012 as a limited liability company.

Unique Plus was profoundly rooted in an educational program on nutrition(diet) and lifestyles medicine ( whole food, regular physical activity, restorative sleep, stress management, avoidance of risky substances and positive social connection) on radios across Ghana while it began as a traditional medicine company.
