Agria Machinery Services & Company Limited, registered under the Investment code, was established in 1974 and commenced operations the same year with a working mandate to assembly construction, agricultural and landscaping machinery and equipment and other machinery. In 1980, the company was restructured and revamped to encompass light duty equipment and machinery in the construction and mining sectors with after-sales support service.
