Irish Premiership champions Larne have announced the loan signing of defender Sam Todd from Derry City.
The centre-back, who came through the academy at the Brandywell, has played for Finn Harps and UCD in recent years before returning to Derry City last year.
The 26-year-old is the second player to make the switch from Ruaidhri Higgins' side to Inver Park after the announcement that Jordan McEneff had signed for an undisclosed fee.
Todd has made 14 appearances for the title-contending Candystripes this season and netted the goal which meant they progressed to the FAI Cup quarter-finals.
His new club, Larne, will look to overcome a one goal deficit against Lincoln Red Imps on Thursday night in their Uefa Conference League play-off second leg before travelling to face Coleraine on Sunday in their first game of the 2024/25 Irish Premiership.
“If there’s an opportunity to strengthen the group then we make no secret about our desire to do that,” said Tiernan Lynch.
"Having seen Sam up close we feel he very much falls into that category.
"Sam comes to us having got into double figures for appearances at Derry City this season and we hope that will help him hit the ground running with us.”
