Alhaji Suleman Abdul Rahman, National Co-ordinator of the Ghana School Feeding Programme (GSFP) on Thursday called for enhanced collaboration with stakeholders to net the mandate of the programme to increase school enrolment and eradicate poverty.
Alhaji Rahman made the call in a goodwill message to workers of the GSFP, Ministry of Local Government and Rural Development and other
collaborating ministries and partners of the programme such as the Dutch Embassy, World Bank, World Food Programme and SNV Netherlands Development Organisation.
"I wish you all Merry Christmas and a Happy New Year and hope there will be further collaboration to boost the programme to retain school children, increase school enrolment and household income by buying locally produced food from farmers to boost their personal development and the society," he said.
