At SCEF, our mission has always been to create a safe and nurturing environment where every child is empowered to thrive. This year, our focus is sharper than ever, as we address the pressing issues of child trafficking and child exploitation—dangers that many street-connected children in Ghana face daily.

We are excited to invite you to join us for our upcoming event, "Sharing the Joy of Christmas," on December 28, 2024, at Ghana Club in Accra. This year's theme, "Unshackle Their Future," speaks directly to our commitment to breaking the chains of exploitation and offering every child the freedom to grow, learn, and hope for a brighter tomorrow.

Our Goals for the Event Are Threefold:

Raise Awareness: To shed light on the crisis of child trafficking and exploitation in Ghana, sparking community action and a deeper understanding of SCEF's work to protect and support these children.
Raise Funds: To fuel our programs and services, ensuring that we can continue our impactful work to rescue, rehabilitate, and empower street-connected children.
Spread Joy: To give children a memorable holiday experience that reinforces their right to a safe and joyful childhood.

This year's event will include a moving photo exhibition highlighting stories of resilience, a Christmas Market Fair, and inspiring performances by the Accra Dances Movement and the Children's Parliament.
