Inter-Con Security is a family-owned and operated business, founded in 1973 by U.S. Army Veteran and retired LAPD Detective, Lt. Enrique Hank and his wife, Bertha Hernandez. Security Operations Centres

Inter-Con provides fully embedded and remote Security Operations Centres (SOCs) to support its clients' local, regional, and global activities. This idea originated in the mid-1980s when the US government's best practices were successfully introduced and implemented in the private sector. Inter-Con's SOCs handle access control, CCTV or video surveillance, badge creation, and issuance and assist with quality control services. In addition, Inter-Con's global network of corporate and embedded SOCs facilitates a rapid response service that quickly responds to requests and emergency alerts at client sites.

Concierge or Receptionist Program

The Concierge or Receptionist Program is designed to train personnel in various skills such as wellness procedures, detecting security threats, de-escalation, and response techniques. The program focuses on customer service and all relevant security and safety measures to provide services that meet the specific needs of our clients. Henry Hernandez is the President and CEO of Inter-Con Security. He earned a Bachelor of Arts degree from the Harvard School of Law between 2004 and 2008, and a Doctor of Law degree from the same institution between 2009 and 2014. In 2023, Henry was awarded the Entrepreneur of the Year in the Greater Los Angeles region, and he also became a National Finalist. This highly competitive award program recognizes high-growth company entrepreneurs and leaders. Henry was selected by an independent judging panel made up of previous award winners, leading CEOs, investors, and other business leaders.
