Everyone else can just go home because Keke Palmer and her 2-year-old son Leodis “Leo” just won Halloween. The mother-son duo just dressed up like iconic hip-hop legends, and we can’t get over their adorable costumes!
“My son my lil road dog FORREAL! Happy Halloween ????????” the Nope star wrote on Instagram Tuesday, sharing pictures of her and her son dressed up like Snoop Dogg and Bow Wow.

In the snaps, Palmer is rocking a goatee with her long hair pulled back, plus a white t-shirt, chains, and a black leather jacket as she gives a fierce look to the camera. Her little mini-me son Leo was cuter than ever in a matching white t-shirt, chains, and black denim jacket, paired with a white sweatband around his braids and Aviator sunglasses resting on the end of his nose. He also nailed the rapper look, looking so cute next to his mom.
Other pictures show the duo throwing pretend gang signs and posing on a bridge, showing off their matching black jeans and white sneakers. These two are too cool for school!
“Oh my gah!!!! You & @babyleodis are everything in this!!! I mean look at your little man’s pose. I cannot. Soooo good???????????????????????????????????? and toooooo cute,” one person commented.
Another wrote, “Keke really out here entertaining our timelines .. love it ????”
She also shared a music video with her lip-synching to Bow Wow’s “Bow Wow (That’s My Name)” featuring Snoop Dogg, with Leo looking adorable dancing and playing basketball with his mom.
In an interview with Extra in July, The Pickup star shared some heartfelt advice she wants her son to learn from her as he grows up.
“Never be afraid to evolve. I think we get caught up in our own storylines, and even when they’re tough, we have a hard time getting out of them,” Palmer, who shares Leo with ex Darius Jackson, said. “But you can always shape-shift, you can always become someone new. And let your happiness — let your joy and your peace — be that guiding light. Let that be your North Star. And that’s all that I hope that my son sees with me. I want him to know that happiness is his to take, but we gotta take it.”
We know she didn’t literally mean shape-shift into someone else (like Snoop Dogg and Bow Wow), but it’s all part of finding your happiness and joy in life! What a perfect inspiration for her baby boy.
These celebrity parents have admitted to struggling with work-life balance.
