She went on to blame her contentious divorce from ex Kanye "Ye" West
Kim Kardashian is sharing a shocking diagnosis.
The 45-year-old mother of four got emotional in a preview teaser clip for the upcoming season of her family’s Hulu reality series, The Kardashians, which aired during the show’s premiere.
In the clip, Kim is seen going into an MRI scanner and later tells her family, “There was a little aneurysm.”
Older sister, Kourtney Kardashian, looks wide-eyed as she says, “Whoa!”
As for the doctor’s reasoning behind the detected aneurysm, Kim told her family, “They were like, ‘Just stress.’ ”

However, after revealing the aneurysm, the clip then cuts to a tearful Kim discussing her divorce from ex Kanye “Ye” West, the father of her four children.
“I’m happy it’s over,” she says. “My ex will be in my life no matter what. We have four kids together.”
She is later seen sitting at a table and declaring, “Last night I was like, ‘Why the f---- is this happening?’ ”

“If the brain aneurysm leaks or ruptures, it causes bleeding in the brain, known as a hemorrhagic stroke,” the Mayo Clinic adds. “Brain aneurysms are common. But most brain aneurysms aren't serious, especially if they're small. Most brain aneurysms don't rupture.”
Kim has long documented her struggles with Ye on her show. In the season 7 premiere of The Kardashians, she revealed that her skin condition recently flared up as a result of stress.

Kim Kardashian shows off her psoriasis on 'The Kardashians.'“I haven’t had psoriasis since I got divorced, and it just started coming back,” she revealed, as she said she recently felt "pretty tested" by West, whom she married in 2014 and divorced in 2021.
“I mean, I have psoriasis again," she said by way of proving how she's doing. "I felt more stressed, probably just because I had to super, super protect what I had to protect.”
Kim added that she's particularly focused on protecting their kids — North, 12, Saint, 9, Chicago, 7, and Psalm, 6 — revealing that recently one of them heard about some of their dad's behavior.

Of her relationship with West, she also noted, "I always felt really bad and always protected and always wanted to help [him]," revealing she would think to herself, "I should’ve stuck it out" or "I could’ve helped," but "this was the first time I didn’t feel that responsibility personally."
"It is so f------ sad," she added of where things stand between them.
The Kardashians airs Thursdays on Hulu.
