Khloé Kardashian's little girl is another year older!
The Good American co-founder, 40, celebrated her daughter True's seventh birthday on Saturday, April 12.
To mark the occasion, Kardashian shared a series of photos and videos on her Instagram Stories, including several glimpses of True posing with colorful birthday balloons, the crafty activity station for guests, the Rainbow Friends-themed decorations and the LED dance floor.
"It’s a neon party, so all of the slime glows in the dark. … Oh my gosh, so cute," the proud mom — who shares True, as well as 2-year-old son Tatum, with ex Tristan Thompson — could be heard saying in one of the clips.
"Twinning with my angel girl,” she wrote on a slide showing off mother-daughter manicures which featured the same colors in different styles.
True’s brother also made appearances in several of the Instagram Stories.
Kardashian welcomed her first child in Cleveland in 2018. Younger brother Tatum followed via surrogate in July 2022.
The idea for True's name was initially a suggestion from Kardashian's grandmother, Mary Jo “MJ” Shannon.
In a social media post, Kardashian said, "Picking a name for your child is really so tough! I knew I wanted my baby to have a 'T' initial, so one night while we were all at dinner, thinking of some names, my grandma MJ suggested True. She told me it was my great-grandfather's first name and my grandfather's middle name."
She added, "It stuck with me for my entire pregnancy and was the only one I couldn't get out of my head. I love that it's a family name."

True Thompson on April 12, 2025Kardashian marked True's sixth birthday in 2024 with a series of posts shared on her Instagram Stories.
Alongside one photo, The Kardashians star called True her "sweet, silly but serious, sensitive but strong, kind, beautiful, loving little Tutu."
"You changed my life forever and I love every part of who you are. Your smile, your laugh, the sass you get when you dance, your independence (even though that also makes me inside cry lol) the way you love. Love me, love Tatum, love your cousins, love Lovey, love your daddy. You are love. My love," she continued, sharing a solo photo of True.
On top of an image of herself holding her daughter when she was a toddler, Kardashian added, "It's a strange feeling as your child grows older. You love the amazing little person they are becoming. But at the same time you miss all the little versions of themselves. The little ones they used to be."
The mom of two concluded her tribute, writing, "You are my heartbeat, my happiness, my soul, my truth. My Tutu forever."
