The Minister-Designate for Tourism, Arts, and Culture, Dzifa Gomashie, has reaffirmed her commitment to advancing President John Dramani Mahama’s vision for the tourism sector, particularly in creating opportunities for youth development and economic growth.
Speaking during her vetting before Parliament’s Appointments Committee on Wednesday, January 22, Dzifa Gomashie highlighted the importance of the tourism, arts, and culture industry in building a robust national economy.
She emphasized her dedication to aligning her efforts with President Mahama’s policy direction for the sector.
“What I can assure the youth of this country is that President John Dramani Mahama has indicated his desire to create opportunities for them to thrive and in so doing help us build a strong economy for our country.
“I will put my shoulders to the wheel and assist him to achieve that,” she stated.
