The 2019 Africa Cup of Nations (AFCON) qualifier, between Ghana and Sierra Leone, has been fixed for Thursday, October 11, at the Baba Yara Sports Stadium, Kumasi.
Information gathered by GNA Sports, indicates that, the date was fixed following a proposal from the Ghana Normalization Committee, chaired by Dr Kofi Amoah.
According to the information, the second leg would be played in Freetown, Sierra Leone, on Monday, October 15.
Ghana is expected to win both matches to enhance their chances of qualifying to the 2019 event.
