Kwame Owusu Danso (KOD), the Vice Presidential candidate of the Movement for Change (M4C), has asserted that Alan Kwadwo Kyerematen holds the solution to breaking Ghana’s long-standing political duopoly.
In an interview with Umaru Sanda Amadu on Point Blank on Eyewitness News on Citi FM on Monday, KOD passionately discussed the 2024 elections, emphasising the increasing frustration among Ghanaians with the two dominant political parties—the New Patriotic Party (NPP) and the National Democratic Congress (NDC).
He highlighted Kyerematen as the alternative leader capable of addressing this dissatisfaction and bringing about real change in the political landscape.
“I believe that Honourable Alan Kwadwo Kyerematen is the one person who will break that political duopoly, who will break that jinx,” KOD stated.
He highlighted his recent visits to the Oti and Central regions, where he encountered widespread frustration with the current political landscape.
“The message is very loud. People are tired of the duopoly. I am telling you this for a fact that people have had enough of 16 years of NPP, 16 years of NDC.”
“The same rhetoric. It is as though we are just recycling incompetence, recycling unfulfilled promises,” KOD stated.
