The Effutu constituency Progressive Peoples Party (PPP) members undertook a four-hour clean-up exercise at Effutu Gyahadze.
Speaking to newsmen after the exercise, Nana Owusu Offori, the Parliamentary candidate of the party for the area, said the exercise was an ongoing programme being carried out at all the 54 polling stations in the constituency.
Nana Offori said health, education, job creation and accountability are the four pillars of the party and that when the PPP is voted into office in December election the party would work to pursue these goals.
He said provision of school infrastructure, electricity, portable water, good roads are the obligations of every government and that there was no need for the electorate to beg for them.
Nana Ofori said the PPP, with its incorruptible leaders, would provide good governance by ensuring that the national cake is distributed fairly, irrespective of ethnicity, religion and political affiliations.
He said it was time Ghanaians changed their voting pattern by voting Dr Papa Kwesi Ndoum as the President and he Nana Owusu Offori Member of Parliament for the Effutu Constituency
Similar clean-up exercise was carried at the late President Dr Kwame Nkrumah Guest House, Kojo Bedu, Tax Rank, Fire Service, Kweku Durg Store and Yepemso A/B polling stations in Winneba where the members distilled drains and gutters, cleared weeds and swept.
